Hi Trish Davies, here, founder of Build Your AU. I am a personal branding expert and have helped many individuals create their own personal brand online. The process I have developed is different to other personal brand coaching programs available.

What I have done is identify three core pillars that all personal brands should be built upon. The core essence to a personal brand is defining who you are, what you are good at and attracting an audience that is aligned with you.

I feel that this is where my Build Your AU personal brand coaching programs differ from anything else out there. Over the last year or so I have developed a process to reach those deeper levels.

That deep process involves extracting every last nugget of information from you to establish two things. Those two thing have a bearing on the final piece to the puzzle of creating a personal brand. These are the three pillars you must have in place as the foundation to your personal brand and they are as follows

The Three Pillars To Personal Branding 

Authenticity – This is you first pillar because you must show authenticity to attract people to your business. Most people can see a fraud coming from a mile off. For some strange reason people think they need to create some false person in order to appear attractive to other people.

To invent someone who they are clearly not and expect people to take them seriously. Believe me this is a lot of hard work where the alternative is so much simpler.

That alternative is to present yourself as who you are. Just lay it all out, warts and all because that is the real you. I have a process to find that real you and then a way for you to deliver it to the world.

Authority – The next pillar is to establish your authority. This is what you are good at, what you have achieved through all your experiences in life. From this pillar you will create solutions which are your products and services.

Those products and services provide value to people who are experiencing problems in their lives. Problems that you have experienced and then either found or created the solution.

This is what gives you authority because you can stand firmly behind your solutions. They work and you are the living proof that they work. What testament can be more genuine than that?

Audience – The last pillar of personal brand coaching is to attract an audience. You do this through telling your story that will connect with people who are aligned with you.

That story comes from the first two pillars because your story tells people who you are and what you are good at. You use this story in your advertising and marketing and this is what your audience will connect with.
